LinkedIn outreach for financial advisors, run for you

Pipeline & Pinnacle builds your prospect list, writes the sequence in your voice, screens it, and runs the sends. Nothing goes out in your name until you approve it in writing.

What the service is

This is a done-for-you LinkedIn outreach service for financial advisors and RIAs. It is not software you learn, and it is not a list you buy. We do the work that sits between your ideal client profile and a booked call.

That work has five parts: list, draft, screen, approve, and run. The first three happen before you see anything. The fourth belongs to you. The fifth starts only after you have signed off in writing.

Interested replies are answered within one business day and receive your booking link. The conversations that reach your calendar are the part that needs you.

A plain limit. This page describes how the service works. Nothing on it is a promise or guarantee of results.

How the outreach itself runs

  1. Four touches

Each prospect receives a four-touch LinkedIn sequence written in your voice, from your positioning. It is never a recycled template.

  2. Blank or trigger-led invites

Invites are blank or trigger-led. There is no pitch inside the invite.

  3. Measured pace

Sends run at a human pace within LinkedIn's limits: roughly 500 prospects a month per seat. Daily caps protect the account and your name. There is no mass automation.

  4. Email follow-up

An approved email follow-up layer works the same prospect list, so a prospect who does not reply on LinkedIn can still hear from you.

  5. Reporting

A report shows sends, acceptance, and replies: monthly on Launch, every two weeks on Growth.

The approval rule

One rule sits above the rest. Every template is drafted, screened, and sent to you for written sign-off. Any later edit creates a new version, and that version goes back through approval. Every send is traceable to a version you signed off.

The full order of gates, from draft to list isolation, is set out on the page about how our approval gates work. You can also use the approval checklist on any template before you sign.

What we do not do

  • We do not send anything you have not approvedWritten approval comes first, every version, every time
  • We do not promise resultsNo promised replies, meetings, clients, or assets
  • We do not charge a percentage of AUMThe fee is flat, with no performance fees and no per-lead charges
  • We do not share your listYour prospect list is never shared with or reused for any other client

Who it fits

We work exclusively with financial advisors and RIAs. Solo practices and one-to-two-person firms are the center of the work. If you run a firm of that size, read about LinkedIn outreach for solo and two-person RIAs.

After you pay, we confirm within one business day that we are a fit for your firm. If we are not, every dollar is refunded.

What it costs

Launch is $995 a month for one LinkedIn seat. Growth is $1,495 a month for two. Both carry a one-time $1,500 setup fee and a three-month minimum, then month-to-month. The fee is flat: no percentage of AUM, no performance fees, no per-lead charges.
