Privacy Policy
Draft for attorney review — not legal advice. We wrote this page from the service described on this site. A lawyer has not reviewed it yet, and it may change before it is final.
This policy explains what information Pipeline & Pinnacle handles, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website and the outreach service described on it.
Who we are
Pipeline & Pinnacle is a done-for-you LinkedIn outreach service for financial advisors and small RIAs. It is run by its founders, Jacob Leddy and Rob Chomo, in Naples, Florida.
- Legal name: [FOUNDER: registered legal entity name, once formed]
- Contact for privacy questions and requests: by mail to Pipeline & Pinnacle, 15713 Triesta Lane, Naples, FL 34114
What this website collects
This website has no accounts, no sign-up, and no forms. It never asks you to type anything in.
Like every website, it is delivered by a hosting company — ours is Cloudflare — which receives standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, in order to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. For that protection, Cloudflare may use a strictly necessary security cookie. It is not a marketing cookie.
The visit counter
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly visit counter. It shows us totals, such as how many times each page was viewed, which websites sent visitors, and general device and country information. It does not use cookies, and we do not use it to identify you or to show you ads.
If you dismiss the privacy notice at the top of the page, your browser saves a small note on your own device (in its "local storage") so the notice does not appear again. That note stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Booking a call (Calendly)
The “Book a 20-minute intro call” links take you to Calendly, a scheduling service. Nothing from Calendly runs on this site until you click.
If you book a call, Calendly collects the details you enter — such as your name, email address, and answers to its questions — and shares them with us so we can hold the call. Calendly's own privacy policy governs how Calendly handles that information.
Paying (Stripe)
The checkout buttons take you to Stripe, our payment processor. Nothing from Stripe runs on this site until you click. You enter your card details on Stripe's page; we never see or store your card number.
From Stripe, we receive what we need to run your account, such as your name, email address, business name, phone number, billing address, the plan you chose, and whether the payment went through. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how Stripe handles your information.
Email and onboarding
After you pay, we use your email address to run the engagement: your receipt and onboarding questionnaire, the services agreement for e-signature, scheduling your positioning call, templates sent to you for written approval, and regular reporting on sends, acceptance, and replies.
Your onboarding answers are used to write your sequences in your voice and to build your prospect list around your ideal client profile.
Prospect information we handle for clients
To run a client's outreach, we build a list of prospects around that client's ideal client profile, and we verify contact data before any send.
- What a prospect list contains: [FOUNDER: the fields you keep for each prospect, for example name, title, firm, LinkedIn profile address, email]
- Where it comes from: [FOUNDER: the sources you use to build prospect lists]
- Kept separate: each client's prospect list is never shared with or reused for any other client.
- Suppression list: we keep a master suppression list and honor it on every batch, with no exceptions.
If you received a message sent on a client's behalf and do not want to be contacted again, reply to that message and say so, or write to us at the address in § 01. We will add you to the suppression list.
We do not sell personal information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. This site has no advertising pixels.
We share information only with the service providers named on this page — Cloudflare, Calendly, and Stripe — plus [FOUNDER: any other providers you use, such as your email or outreach tools], and when the law requires it.
Your requests
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send your request to the contact listed in § 01, and we will respond within [FOUNDER: response time, for example 30 days].
Some records, such as payment records, may need to be kept when the law requires it. [FOUNDER: attorney to list any records you must keep, and for how long]
How long we keep information
[FOUNDER: how long you keep client records, and prospect lists after an engagement ends]
Suppression-list entries are kept so we can keep honoring the request not to be contacted.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
