Service Terms
Draft for attorney review — not legal advice. We wrote this page from the service described on this site. A lawyer has not reviewed it yet, and it may change before it is final.
These terms describe how the Pipeline & Pinnacle outreach service works: what you get, what it costs, and the rules we hold ourselves to.
Who we are
Pipeline & Pinnacle is run by its founders, Jacob Leddy and Rob Chomo, in Naples, Florida.
- Legal name: [FOUNDER: registered legal entity name, once formed]
- Contact for service questions and cancellation notices: by mail to Pipeline & Pinnacle, 15713 Triesta Lane, Naples, FL 34114
The service
A done-for-you LinkedIn outreach service for financial advisors and small RIAs. It includes:
- Prospect lists built around your ideal client profile, with contact data verified before any send
- A four-touch LinkedIn sequence written in your voice, from your positioning
- A prohibited-language compliance screen on every template, then internal approval, then your written sign-off
- An approved email follow-up layer on the same prospect list
- Reply triage, and booking interested prospects to your calendar
- Regular reporting on sends, acceptance, and replies
Plans and prices
- Launch: $995 a month, one LinkedIn seat.
- Growth: $1,495 a month, two LinkedIn seats. Everything in Launch across two seats, with A/B angle testing between seats and broader list coverage per month.
- Setup: a one-time $1,500 fee on both plans, charged at checkout together with your first month — $2,495 for Launch, $2,995 for Growth.
Fees are flat. There is no percentage of AUM, no performance fee, and no per-lead charge.
Payment is processed by Stripe. After the first charge, your monthly fee renews each month until the engagement ends. [FOUNDER: confirm with your accountant whether sales tax applies, and say so here]
Fit confirmation and refund
Paying reserves your onboarding slot. Within one business day, we confirm whether we are a fit for your firm. If we are not, every dollar you paid is refunded, no questions asked. If we are, you e-sign the short services agreement and onboarding begins.
[FOUNDER: attorney to state what, if anything, is refundable after fit is confirmed, and which document controls if these terms and the services agreement ever differ]
Minimum term and cancellation
Both plans have a three-month minimum. After the first three months, the engagement is month-to-month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
To give notice: [FOUNDER: how clients give cancellation notice]. [FOUNDER: attorney to state when the final monthly charge happens after notice]
Your written approval comes first
Nothing is sent in your name until you approve the template in writing. Any later edit creates a new version, and that version goes through approval again. Every send is traceable to a version you signed off.
Pace and platform limits
Sends run at a measured, human pace within LinkedIn's published usage limits — roughly 500 prospects a month per seat. Invites are blank or trigger-led: no pitch inside the invite, and no mass automation.
Your LinkedIn account stays yours
Your LinkedIn account, its connections, and its message history remain yours, during the engagement and after it ends.
[FOUNDER: attorney to describe how account access is granted, how it ends when the engagement ends, and how this fits LinkedIn's User Agreement]
Who owns what
You own the approved copy. Your prospect list is never shared with or reused for any other client.
[FOUNDER: attorney to state who owns the prospect list and what happens to it when the engagement ends]
No guarantee of results
We do not promise or guarantee results, including connection acceptances, replies, meetings, new clients, or assets. Nothing on this site or in these terms is a promise or guarantee of results.
Not advice, and not a regulatory approval
Pipeline & Pinnacle provides outreach services. Nothing we provide is investment, legal, or compliance advice. Our prohibited-language screen is our own internal review. It is not an approval by FINRA, the SEC, any broker-dealer, or LinkedIn, and it does not replace your firm's own compliance review.
[FOUNDER: attorney to confirm this wording]
Governing law
[FOUNDER: the state whose law governs these terms, and where disputes are handled — for your attorney to decide]
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. [FOUNDER: attorney to state how changes apply to current clients]
